The U-L-M photonics VCSEL fab is located in the Science Park of the city of ULM, Germany.

Administration, Sales, R&D offices (700m²) as well as Epitaxy cleanroom (200 m²) is hosted in Lise-Meitner-Str. 13.

Frontend and Backend cleanroom is placed in the New Laser Fab (1800 m², opened October 2008), Lise-Meitner-Str. 17

Production facilities include
